Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Return can be requested within 7 days of the order received, and refunds will be processed through online mode within 5-6 working days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Products shown on our website are indicative. We do our best to provide better results than shown. However, actual products may vary due to availability and other reasons beyond our control.
2. If ordered products are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver the best available quality products of equal value.
3. In case of perishable products, if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However, we always try to take an appointment over the phone before delivery.
4. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have the right to receive a 100% refund of your money.
5. No claims of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for a 100% refund of the payment made. All such claims, if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
6. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
