Returns

If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged, please return it to us for a full refund.

HYPER TRADE FLOW PRO PRIVATE LIMITED makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within three days of receipt and return the package within seven days for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your purchase from www.tradehyprflow.com is found to be damaged or defective, please return it to us, as per the instructions above, for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method or bank transfer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is marked as shipped. Once it is shipped from our end, we may not be able to cancel your order. In this case, you are free to refuse the order when it arrives. In both cases, we will issue a full refund, which will be credited back to the original source of payment. The refund may take 9-10 working days to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank’s policies.
